由尖沙咀至羅湖的九廣鐵路英段，於1906年開始興建，1910年通車，全長二十二英里。至於全長一百一十英里，由尖沙咀至廣州的路段，則於1911年通車。
作為地標的九廣鐵路終站大樓連同鐘樓，於1916年落成，但大鐘則於1921年才裝上。
終站於1975年遷往紅磡，原址改建為文化中心，鐘樓則獲保留。
Kowloon Canton Railway Terminal
The British Section of Kowloon Canton Railway(from Tsim Sha Tsui to Lo Wu, total 22 miles) started in 1906, and train service commenced in1910. The service between Tsim Sha Tsui and Canton (total 110 miles)began in 1911.
The landmark terminal building with clock tower were compledted in 1916, but the clock was installed in 1921.
The terminal moved to Hung Hom in 1975, and demolished(except the clock tower) to make way for the Hong Kong Cultural Centre.
