這段彌敦道是旺角的「旺角」，時屆中秋節。左方為龍鳳茶樓、麗斯戲院及新雅酒店。
右方為北方菜館的滿庭芳，現時則為好望角大廈，其鄰則為瓊華大酒樓。
為推銷月餅，龍鳳及瓊華皆大肆裝飾，漂亮的霓虹燈彩，使這一帶成為九龍著名的景點。
Nathan Road near Mongkok, c.1962
This section of Nathan Road is the most prosperous part of Mongkok. Especially in the Mid-Autumn festival.
On the left was the Lung Fung Tea House, the Ritz Theatre and the Sun Ya Hotel.
On the right was a northern provincial restaurant Moon Ting Fong, now is the Good Hope Building. It's neighbour was the King Wah Chinese Restaurant.
To boost the sales of mooncake, Lung Fung and King Wah were well decorated. The splendid neon light made this area the scenic spot of Kowloon.
