香港嘉華儲蓄銀行總行於1922年合資組成，最初設於廣州，當時名為「嘉華銀號」，後於1923年在香港以「嘉華儲蓄銀行」名義創立，但總部仍設在廣州，香港只作為分行，並不對外營業；至1929年兩行的角色才對調。受西方金融危機影響，該行在1935年停業，翌年復業時，廣州及香港業務分拆獨立經營。「嘉華儲蓄銀行」的業務以吸納儲蓄為主，兼營人壽保險。展出的月份牌畫出自關蕙農的手筆。
Initially launching its headquarters in Guangzhou as Ka Wah Bank in 1922, Ka Wah Savings Bank was established in 1923 with joint funds . The office in Hong Kong started as a branch office and was not open to new customers. But the year 1929 saw the two offices switch roles . As a result of the Great Depression in the West, business was suspended in 1935. When the bank reopened the following year, the two offices operated as separate entities and were no longer connected to each other. Ka Wah Savings Bank mainly provided services in savings, but it also had an insurance business. These calendar posters, created by Kwan Wai-nung
