　卡弗蒂( Jack Cafferty)：「我不知道中國是否不同了，但我們跟中國的關係肯定是不同了。其一，中國人對我們的敵意吸引了我們的眼球，其中一個原因是伊拉克戰爭。他們拿著我們數以千億計的美元，我們也累積他們數以千億元計的貿易逆差，因為我們不斷輸入他們帶鉛油漆的垃圾產品和有毒寵物食品，又將工作出口至一些地方，在那些地方你可以給工人一元的月薪，就可以製造我們在沃爾瑪買到的東西。所以我覺得，我們跟中國的關係肯定有改變。我認為，他們基本上同過去50年一樣，是一幫暴徒和惡棍。」

　 Jack Cafferty這段話的原文如下：「Well, I don’t know if China is any different, but our relationship with China is certainly different. We’re in hawk to the Chinese up to our eyeballs because of the war in Iraq, for one thing. They’re holding hundreds of billions of dollars worth of our paper. We also are running hundred of billions of dollars worth of trade deficits with them, as we continue to import their junk with the lead paint on them and the poisoned pet food and export, you know, jobs to places where you can pay workers a dollar a month to turn out the stuff that we’re buying from Wal-Mart. So I think our relationship with China has certainly changed. I think they’re basically the same bunch of goons and thugs they’ve been for the last 50 years」.
