看畢上期文章，相信同學現在對外借字也會有初步的認識。其實，在餐廳裡，大家可能也會見過a la carte這個法文字，即「散叫」的意思。你們也可能見到外國人進食前，會說bon appetite，這也是法文，意指「祝你有好胃口」。
另外，在形容社交禮儀時，除了使用manner一字之外，外國人也常用etiquette這個法文字。其他法文例子包括 gourmet（good food或delicious food，美食）。由此可見法國確實是環球美食代表。
