上回預告了，今次介紹《武士英魂》音樂劇The Man From La Mancha主題曲，唐吉訶德Don Quixote自述志願的The Impossible Dream（不可能的夢想）。第一節歌詞是：
To dream the impossible dream, To fight the unbeatable foe, To bear with unbearable sorrow, To run where the brave dare not go.（夢那不可能的夢想，戰那打不敗的敵人，忍受那不能忍受的悲傷，走在那勇士也不敢去的地方）一切都是「知其不可而為之」！第二節亦然：
To right the unrightable wrong, To love pure and chaste from afar, To try when your arms are too weary, To reach the unreachable star！（昭雪那不能昭雪的沉冤，從遠處純潔無邪地去愛，在雙臂太倦時去嘗試，達到那不可及的星！）仍是用那些un加動詞加able構成的形容詞組成pattern。第三節較長：
This is my quest, To follow the star, No matter how hopeless, No matter how far, And to fight for the right without question or pause. To be willing to march into hell for a heavenly cause! And I know if I`ll only be true to this glorious quest, That my heart will be peaceful and calm when I lay to my rest.（這是我的求索，去追隨那星，不論多無望，不論多遠。為正義而戰，沒有疑問或猶豫，甘願操進地獄，為了天國的宗旨！而我深知：只要我忠於這榮耀的索求，那麼到我躺下安息之時，我的心將會安詳和平。）最後一節：
And the world will be better for this; That one man, scorned and covered with scars, Still strove, with his last ounce of courage, To reach the unreachable stars.（而世界將因此更為美好：有一個人，受盡譏諷，滿身傷痕，仍然以他最後一份勇氣，去盡力、去達到那不可及的眾星。）
曲詞道出了吉訶德的武士精神和志向，要做一個所謂「盔甲發亮的武士」a knight in shining armour：那發亮盔甲不是白描實況，而是象徵武士崇尚的「榮譽」honour。而曲中用了連串un……able的形容詞（不可……的），也表現了一種英文造字的規律。
