特徵小分析：

　a.全株光滑無毛，有筆直的莖部

　b.葉片卵形，前端尖銳，邊緣有鋸齒

　c.白色或紫色的花，呈鐘狀，花瓣頂部裂開為星形。

　喜歡生長在山坡、樹林邊的草地上，並在八月至十二月期間開花。

　它是香港的原生植物，由於容易栽種，而且漂亮，所以外國有很多地方，也會將它培植為園林內的觀賞花卉。

　The Balloon Flower plant is smooth and hairless,with straight stems.Its leaves are oval,with sharp tips and toothed margins.The bell-shaped flowers are either white or purple,each with star-shaped faces.

　The Balloon flower usually occurs in grasslands,on hillsides or woodland edges.It flowers from August to December.

　It is a native species in Hong Kong.Since it is beautiful and also easily grown,it is a popular garden plant in other countries. 　■資料：漁護署
