Great Egret and little Egret

¡@When little Egrets grow up, they become Great Egrets. Correct? In fact, the Little Egret and the Great Egret are two entirely different species. So Little Egrets can never become Great Egrets!

¡@Great Egrets are larger than little Egrets. Great Egrets have yellow bills and black feet, whereas Little Egrets have black bills and yellow feet.

¡@Both of these egrets stay around the water's edge, where they seek their food.Their long, sharp bills have evolved so that they can effectively catch fish. In Hong Kong they are residents, seen throughout the year. When breeding, egrets and herons nest in colonies in forests or woodlands-making what are called egretries. ¸ê®Æ¡Gº®Å@¸p
