• 雀BB羽毛的顏色比雀媽媽的較淺，亦較鬆散。雀媽媽在旁邊看著BB，牠們樣子相像，只是雀BB的體形較小。

• 雀媽媽的臉頰有一黑斑，雀BB在小時候則沒有。雀BB的嘴帶有一些黃色，而雀媽媽的嘴是黑色。

• 當我觀賞完畢之際，突然下了一陣大雨，看見麻雀BB搖一搖身體，弄走身上的水珠後，就立刻飛走了。那時，我心想：「不知道麻雀BB有否著涼呢？」

Eurasian Tree Sparrow

• The plumage colour of baby Eurasian Tree Sparrows is lighter than that of the mothers.The young birds are also fluffier.Although the young birds are smaller,the mothers and the young birds look quite alike.

• Mothers have black cheek spot,which is absent from the chicks-and the bills of the chicks are yellowish,while those of the mothers are black.

• After this observation,it suddenly rained.The baby bird shook itself to get rid of the water and then flew away.So I wondered if this baby Eurasian Tree Sparrow would catch a cold.　　 資料：漁護署
