徙斝 「Xi」jia wine vessel
商代 Shang Dynasty（1600 BC- 1046 BC）

這斝口向外侈，邊沿上立一對高大的傘形柱，略束頸，鼓腹，一側有獸首狀銴，圜底，下鑄三條空錐狀足。腹一周有三組淺浮雕鴞面裝飾，內底銘一「徙」字。這銅斝的三個鴞面清晰、生動、自然。商代的先民們喜好鴞鳥，將鴞鳥作為紋飾來裝飾禮器。鴞鳥俗稱貓頭鷹。
This jia has a flared rim with a pair of big umbrella-shaped columns on the edge. It has a slightly retracted neck, a round belly, an animal-mask handle on one side and a round base with three hollow, cone-like legs. On the inside of the bottom is the character 「徙」 (xi). Ancient people of the Shang dynasty were fond of the xiao and used it to decorate ritual vessels. 資料：香港歷史博物館
