Chinese Lily
¡EChinese Lily is widely distributed here on hillside grasslands.You may see them on Tai Mo Shan in the New Territories;Victoria Peak and the Pottinger Peak on Hong Kong Island ; and the Lantau Island hillsides.
¡EIt flowers in summer.The trumpet-shaped flowers are fragrant, and 15 to 20cm long.The fragrant oil extracted from the flowers can be used for perfume and spice.
¡EA Protected Species ; Chinese Lilies are protected by the Forests and Countryside Ordinance Cap.96. Never pick it ,to help conserve the plant and to avoid prosecution.¡@¡½¸ê®Æ¡Gº®Å@¸p
