•雀媽媽一窩會產下二至四隻蛋，雀BB多在三至七月出世，而且是同一天內孵化的。
•雀BB的嘴是橙黃色，媽媽的則是黑色。啊，你看到雀BB開始長出羽毛嗎？雀BB肚餓時，牠會不停叫喊，嚷著媽媽給牠蟲蟲吃。雀BB每天要吃數十條蟲蟲，所以雀爸爸和媽媽要時常飛來飛去找食物餵BB，十分忙碌。
Japanese white-eye
• Japanese White-eye have white eye rings. Their plumage is mainly olive green.
•Female Japanese White-eyes produce 2 to 4 eggs at a time. The clutch of chicks usually all hatch on the same day, sometime between March and July.
•The baby birds have orange bills, while their mothers have black bills.The baby birds already have some feathers. When the baby birds are hungry, they show their need for food by squawking-and then the mothers bring them worms. Baby Japanese White-eyes have a strong appetite. Each chick can eat many worms in a single day, so the parents must work hard to find enough food. ■資料：漁護署
