The yellow brocade robe is lined, round-collared, folded across the front and wide-sleeved. It is embroidered with a large four-clawed dragon surrounded by clouds. With the collar as the axial, the dragon runs from one shoulder to the other and from the front to the back. The waist is decorated with a band of 12 smaller dragons. The shimmering brocade is finely woven and the dragons are embroidered in gold thread, suggesting that the robe belonged to Prince Yixuan. It is indeed a rare artefact.
