政府山(約1895年)

　圖中這一帶位於上亞厘畢道與下亞厘畢道之間。

　左方是興建於1847年、落成於1850年的布政司署，亦是立法局等政府機構的辦公大樓。它於1954年拆卸重建，並在1997年改為政府總部。

　右上方是落成於1855年的港督府，在日治時代曾大事修葺；香港回歸後，該建築改名為禮賓府。

　正中的大樹現仍存在。

Government Hill, C.1895

　This area is located between Upper and Lower Albert Roads.

　On the left was the Colonial Secretary's Office which was built in 1847 and completed in 1850. It was also where the offices of Legco were located. The building was rebuilt in 1954, and its name was changed to the Government Secretariat in 1997.

　The Government House in the upper right corner was finished in 1855. The building was refurbished during the Japanese Occupation Period. The tree in the middle still exists today.
