圖說香江：山頂纜車站(約1970年)

　山頂纜車站內設鑪峰酒樓及幾間西式餐廳，除此之外，還有超級市場、蠟像館及其他店舖。

　山頂纜車站有第三代「老襯亭」之稱。第一代是建於日治時期的思雲亭，其後於1950年代改建為新型的觀景亭，到了1960年再度重建。

　圖左為山頂餐廳。圖中的巴士總站現為山頂廣場。

　山頂纜車站於1997年再改建為現時的凌霄閣。

Peak Tram Terminus, C.1970

There were the Lo Fung Chinese Restaurant, the Madame Tussauds, a supermarket and numerous restaurants and shops.

The Terminus was called the third generation of the Lo Chun Pavilion. The first generation was named Kumoomoi Tei which was built during the Japanese Occupation Period. It was rebuilt twice in the mid-1950s and in the late 1960s.

On the left, there is the Peak Cafe. The bus terminus becomes today's Peak Galleria.

The Peak Tram Terminus was rebuilt to today's Peak Tower which was completed in 1997. 　■鄭寶鴻 香港歷史博物館榮譽顧問
