今天,筆者選了兩份高銷量的英國小報,找到些有趣味的復活節報道︰

雞蛋象徵新生命
Eggs are said to be a symbol of new life and so they perfectly represent Jesus beginning his new life after resurrection. ... Similar to eggs, chicks and lambs, rabbits symbolise spring and new life so they have become a prominent Easter figure. ... The tale of the Easter Bunny originated in Germany in circa 1682 and the "Easter Hare" would judge whether children had been good or bad.
