柯士甸道是尖沙咀與油麻地的分界線。左方的倫敦戲院現時是倫敦廣場；最高的建築物是1952年開業的新樂酒店。
位於佐敦道交界有一個被稱為「鬼屋」的古老別墅，它在1974年被拆卸，並改建為現時裕華國貨所在的嘉賓大廈。
圖右的樓群現為恒豐中心、四海大廈及佐敦港鐵站一帶。

Austin Road is the boundary of Tsim Sha Tsui and Yau Ma Tei. The London Theatre on the left becomes today's London Plaza. The tallest building is the Shamrock Hotel which was opened in 1952.
There was an old mansion which was called the Ghost House at the junction of Jordon Road. It was pulled down in 1974 to build the Champion Building where the Yue Hwa Chinese Product Co. is situated today.
The houses on the right are today's Hang Fung Centre, Cosmopolitan Building and the MTR Station of Jordan. ■鄭寶鴻 香港歷史博物館榮譽顧問
