香港《文匯報》12月5日報道：「政府山西座因保育問題而擾攘多時，港府昨日宣布將擱置清拆方案，保留前中區政府合署西座，連同中座及東座一併撥作律政司和與法律相關的非政府組織作辦公室用途，以保存大樓現貌，善用西座空間。」大家會怎樣把這段話翻譯成英文？
