筆者歡迎高等法院就梁頌恆及游蕙禎的司法覆核所作出的裁決，並要求特區政府及立法會秘書處盡快執行有關裁決。今次宣誓風波，可以看出激進「本土」勢力愈來愈囂張和目中無法，不但企圖破壞社會安寧，更公然侮辱國家和民族。事件發生以後，輿論近乎一面倒的譴責，但激進「本土」派和反對派繼續砌詞狡辯，堅拒道歉，做法囂張幼稚，理由牽強無聊，令人討厭。他們的行為，無論從法律和政治角度，都不應該姑息，必須以「絕不含糊、絕不手軟」的態度去處理。法庭今次判決，不但能彰顯法治和正義，也可讓立法會盡快回復正常秩序。

宣誓必須莊重
筆者認為裁決體現《基本法》第104條、《宣誓及聲明條例》及全國人大常委會的解釋的要求，即所有公職人員宣誓時，必須真誠、莊重、準確及完整地宣讀包括「擁護中華人民共和國香港特別行政區基本法，效忠中華人民共和國香港特別行政區」（oath-taking by public officers requires that upholding the Basic Law and pledging allegiance to Hong Kong as part of China）的法定誓言。
「一國兩制」是香港的基石。香港的資本主義制度和生活方式，以及港人享有的權利自由，都是靠「一國兩制」保護。我們認為，如果「一國兩制」被破壞，香港的法治和司法獨立肯定蕩然無存。特區政府以至廣大的香港市民都有責任阻止損害國家主權和安全、挑戰「一國兩制」的行為。香港未來的路仍是荊棘滿途的，因此各方應努力助立法會盡早恢復正常運作，讓香港從回正軌。
Independence is never and ever an option for Hong Kong. It's only a minority of people who insist on carrying out this independence movement. The majority of people in Hong Kong believe that "One Country, Two Systems" is the cornerstone of the city's prosperity. The public officers and SAR government must protect the system and The Basic Law, and keep Hong Kong away from any threat to national security and sovereignty. Together, let's get Hong Kong back on the right track.■陳威雄
