落成於1896年，位於德輔道中與干諾道中間之填海地段，是紀念維多利亞女皇於1897年登位60周年鑽禧而作。
廣場有一花崗石寶亭，內置女皇像，後來廣場上並加添女皇子愛德華七世及孫喬治五世與皇后之像。1906年，並置匯豐銀行大班昃臣之像。
現時，只餘下昃臣像。維多利亞女皇像則被移往維多利亞公園。
Statue Square, c. 1911
The Statue Square that commemorates a diamond jubilee of Queen Victoria's reign in 1897 was built on reclaimed land between Des Voeux and Connaught Roads and completed in 1896.
The statue of the Queen was put in a marble pavilion of the Square. In the 1900s, the statues of Queen's son King Edward the seventh, grandson King George the fifth and their queens were also put in the Square. A statue of Thomas Jackson, the chief manager of the HSBC was unveiled in 1906 . Today, there is only the statue of Jackson remained. The statue of Queen Victoria has been moved to Victoria Park.
