同學，復活節假期（Easter Holidays）快到了，你知道復活節的起源嗎？
Easter holidays originate from the Christian tradition of celebrating the resurrection of Jesus Christ.
復活節假期源於基督教慶祝耶穌基督死而復生的傳統。
復活節假期的第一天稱為Good Friday（受難節），這是紀念耶穌為救贖世人而被釘十字架的事蹟。
According to Christian belief, we are all sinners. In order to redeem us from our sins, Jesus Christ died on the cross.
根據基督教的教義，我們都是罪人，耶穌基督死在十字架上，就是為了救贖我們。
傳統源自聖經故事
The Bible told us that three days after Jesus was killed by crucifixion, he rose from the dead.
聖經告訴我們，耶穌被人以十字架刑殺害，三天後，他從死者之中復活過來。
慶祝復活節，離不開復活蛋（Easter eggs），例：
On Easter Sunday, Ted gave Jane an Easter egg which has a shell made of delicious chocolate, and a filling made of caramel-flavoured toffy.
復活節當天，泰德送了一個復活蛋給珍妮，這蛋的外殼是美味的巧克力，裡面是焦糖味的太妃糖。
至於復活兔（Easter bunny），我得提醒同學，不要以活兔作為禮物，因為收受禮物的人未必喜歡兔子，節日過後，可能就把小兔丟棄，這會為小兔帶來多少痛苦呢？
