¡@A writer and philosopher, Jean-Jacques Rousseau was born in Geneva in a family of French origin.He contributed to the Encyclopaedia. In 1755, his Speech on the origins of inequality was a sensation, and would have a real impact on political thinking in particular during the French Revolution. He passed away at the age of 66. As a true symbol of the revolutionary generation his remains were solemnly transferred at the Pantheon in 1794.¡@¡½¸ê®Æ¡G»´ä¾ú¥v³Õª«À]
