This cartoon uses double meanings of words. The girl is explaining that the cook is good at computer studies (because she makes micro chips-which could be very small chips or a part of a computer), and history (because she uses ancient grease, which sounds like Ancient Greece, but could also mean old cooking fat).
女孩說學校廚師的電腦和歷史知識很豐富，因為她懂得用ancient grease（用了很久的食油，或「古希臘」的諧音）做micro chips（很小的薯條，或者電腦的微型晶片）。
