登山是現時的潮流，農曆新年更似是和清明節交換了位置，和人山人海畫上等號。如你從未登過山，或會想到登山是運動，並可吸一些新鮮空氣，但對我來說卻是更多更多......
這運動可是一碗心靈雞湯，人年紀愈大，前進的心就愈小，月前想改變現況，可是又再躊躇，剛好一位朋友邀請我一起行山。

真的可能是大自然的呼喚，我又重拾多年前的活動。
"In every walk with nature, one receives far more than he seeks." - John Muir
城市的節奏實在，要求效率導致我們變得因循，活着只為偷安，思考人生是件昂貴的玩意。在行山時，登山者不得不集中精神看下一步，同時也保持執着的心，向目的走，即使憊乏，雙腳無力，仍要「死撐到底」；這是一項修行。

在不破壞環境和保障自身安全的情況下，我們可嘗試看一看新的觀賞點。

拿出信心，找一條登山路徑，當你上了山，就可增加歷練，再創高峰的。

原來最艱難的高峰，並不存在於任何地方，而是藏在我們心中。
千里之行，始於足下（A thousand-mile journey begins with the first step），不如大家也約朋友行一次山。不過，記得好好計劃及留意安全，更重要的是拿走自己垃圾，保全無痕山林（Leave No Trace），山上見。
