The cart's body and the ox were made of hard and soft clay. The wagon featured an arch-shaped canopy. Different patterns are carved all over the model, including curves, leaf veins, and inverted triangles.
Ox-carts were commonly used transport during the Han dynasty, which could carry both people and goods. The model offers a physical reference for studying the history of transportation.
