■說一對情侶很登對，可以說You two are like Edward and Bella（Twilight的男女主角，見圖）。 資料圖片上集提到Twilight這個電影系列的趣事，這集繼續。不單是男主角演員Robert Pattinson和作者Stephenie Meyers，很多Twilight著作（不是電影）的fans也不能相信Robert能演Edward Cullen，因為Robert之前曾在Harry Potter電影中演過Cedric Diggory，那只是一個配角（supporting character），很難想像他擔正大旗做男主角。
不過導演Catherine Hardwicke見到Robert與Kristen Stewart（飾演女主角Isabella Swan）的一場對手戲後，她的評語是：It was electric. The room shocked out. The sky opened up! The sky open up即是我們中文所說的「一天都光晒」。
Adrenaline rush 力量爆發
Edward and Bella今天已為新一代的最佳愛情故事代表（an iconic love story for a whole new generation）。而這也成為一個新的形容詞，如果見到對很登對的情侶，可以用：You two are like Edward and Bella!
有幾句經典對白：
Isabella Swan: Are you going to tell me how you stopped the van?
Edward Cullen: Yeah, um... I had an adrenaline rush. It's very common. You can Google it.
Adrenaline rush是腎上腺素激增，但深層意思是突然間爆發了自己的小宇宙。Google it 的Google不單可作名詞，更是動詞，意即search it on Google。
Masochistic 喜歡被虐
Edward: And so the lion fell in love with the lamb.
Isabella: What a stupid lamb!
Edward: What a sick, masochistic lion!
Masochistic是形容喜歡被虐待，而sadomasochistic是喜歡施虐，通常這兩個字會放在一起用。不要心邪，其實SM的源頭不是四級字眼（很多人以為是），而是臨床心理學/精神病學（psychiatry）的用語，就連心理學的鼻祖Sigmund Freud都寫過多篇醫學論文。

這部電影系列的成功，使荷里活的製片商都要來抽水一下，便拍出parody film（惡搞片），叫Vampire Suck（港譯《吸啜新世紀》），內容全是模仿Twilight中的經典情節。Suck有兩個意思，字面是「吸啜」；另一個意思是「很爛」，例如：These English textbooks suck! （這些英文教科書真是爛到無人想睇！）■吹水同學會會長 馬漪楠
