碼頭位於干諾道中皇后像廣場前面，落成於1925年，以取代卜公碼頭成為官式登陸碼頭。
1952年，皇后碼頭拆卸以供填海開闢愛丁堡廣場，新皇后碼頭於1954年在廣場對開處落成，惟於2008年再度被拆卸。
在皇后碼頭的西端，有一座落成於1898年的皇后行，但於1960年拆卸，1963年建成文華酒店。
Queen's Pier and Queen's Building, 1950
The pier was located at Connaught Road Central, in front of the Statue Square, completed in 1925. It replaced the Blake Pier as the official landing Pier .
The pier was closed in 1952 for building the Edinburgh Place along the newly reclaimed waterfront. A new Queen's Pier was built in front of the Place in 1954, but pulled down again in 2008.
There was a Queen's Building at the west of the Queen's Pier. It was completed in 1898 and demolished in 1960 to build the Mandarin Hotel which was opened in 1963. ■鄭寶鴻 香港歷史博物館名譽顧問
