中國海監船昨日（2月14日）再到釣魚島進行維權巡航，中央電視台首次在直播連線中拍攝了釣魚島畫面。近期日本借雷達事件大做文章，企圖搶佔輿論高地，亦為即將訪美的首相安倍造勢。央視直播中國海監船在釣魚島維權巡航，既是強化中國已對釣魚島維權常態化的事實，更是高調向全世界宣示，釣魚島主權在我，中國絕不會拿自己的核心利益做交易。日本必須放棄以輿論戰、外交戰逼中國退讓的幻想，承認釣魚島存在爭議的現實，通過和平談判化解爭端。
安倍將於本月21日至24日訪問美國，日本捏造雷達事件是安倍為爭取美國支持，為日本「鬆綁」集體自衛權、擴充軍備而刻意作出的安排。在安倍訪美前夕，央視直播中國海監船在釣魚島維權巡航，不僅是針對日本，更是向美國表達中方強硬立場，日美必須清楚中國的底線，不要指望中國會拿自己的核心利益做交易，不要指望中國會吞下損害中國主權、安全、發展利益的苦果。釣魚島爭端形勢優劣明顯，中國不會主動挑起事端，但對挑戰也絕不退縮。日本應作出冷靜明智的判斷，回到談判桌與中國協商解決爭端。
Live telecast of Diaoyu Islands to protect sovereignty and to hit back at Japan掇 political maneuvering

Chinese marine surveillance ships patrolled the waters around Diaoyu Islands again to protect China掇 sovereignty over the islands yesterday (Febuary 14th) . The China Central Television (CCTV) for the first time presented footage of the islands in a live telecast of the exercise. Recently, Japan did a lot of propaganda work out of the radar incident in a bid to capture public opinion high ground, and to set the stage for Japanese Prime Minister Abe掇 visit to the United States. CCTV掇 live coverage of Chinese marine surveillance ships patrolling the waters around the Diaoyu Islands not only reinforces the fact that China has normalized its sovereignty protection of the islands, but also gives a high-profile statement to the world that the sovereignty of the Diaoyu Islands belongs to China and China will never trade its core interests. Japan must let go of the fantasy that it can force China to cede by waging propaganda and diplomatic warfare. It must acknowledge the reality that there is dispute over the islands and that the dispute can only be resolved through peaceful negotiation.
Prime Minister Abe of Japan would visit the United States from 21 to 24 February. Japan掇 deliberate fabrication of the radar incident was a plot to solicit American support for Abe and to help 烑oosen the grip* on Japan over the right of collective self-defence and expansion of military arsenal. CCTV掇 live telecast of Chinese surveillance ships patrolling the waters around Diaoyu Islands for sovereignty protection on the eve of the visit was to convey China掇 firm position not only to Japan, but also to the United States. Japan and the United States must see clearly the bottom line of China and must never anticipate that China will trade its core interests. They must not have the idea that China will swallow the bitter pill（吞下苦果）which undermines its interests in sovereignty, security and development. It is obvious to see who has the advantage in the dispute over the Diaoyu Islands. China will not initiate a dispute; neither will it back down in the face of challenges.
